The Department of Housing advises:
(1)
Photos have only been taken of the Department's housing assets from the street in
order to gather information of the current condition and amenity of these structures in Withers.
Any of the tenants' possessions appearing in the photos are incidental and not part of the asset review activity.
(2)
The information gathering phase has been completed.
(3)
To review the housing stock in Withers to help inform options for maintaining and
upgrading the Department's assets and improving the general amenity of the suburb.
(4)
The current activity is to inform the Department's asset management deliberations
and the final form of the results and recommended action arising from this review are yet to be determined.
