(a) has this review been completed, and if yes, why have the new version of the R-Codes not been released as yet;
(b) how long did the review take, and at what cost; and
(c) will the Minister commit to a three month implementation, and if not, why not?

(b) The review commenced in September 2010.  In financial years 2010-11 and 2011-12 a total of approximately $97 970 was expended.
(c) The implementation details, including the period between approval and commencement of the new provisions, are yet to be determined.
