I refer to the Department of Finance's Procurement Practice Guide and procedures for dealing with open tender exemptions, and I ask, since 1 October 2013: (a) how many open tender exemptions have been approved by a Corrective Services Accountable Authority; (b) on what date was each exemption approved; (c) what was the name of the individual, organisation or entity procured to provide a service following approval of each open tender exemption; (d) how many open tender exemptions have been approved by the Department of Finance; (e) on what date was each Department of Finance approved exemption approved; and (f) what was the name of the individual, organisation or entity procured to provide a service following each Department of Finance approved open tender exemption?
