The developer has prepared the Site Investigation and Management Plan for the ANI Bradken site, which has been reviewed by the Department of Environmental Protection (DEP), the Department of Health and the Department of Planning and Infrastructure (DPI). (2) Yes. After receiving approval from the developer, a copy of the Site Investigation and Management Plan is tabled for your information. I am aware that the developer is prepared to provide copies of reports to interested parties if approached. See tabled paper. (3) Not applicable. (4) Yes, I am aware that a subdivision application has been lodged with the DPI, which is in the process of considering it, in accordance with the environmental conditions of the Ministerial Statement for the site.
