DEPARTMENT OF EDUCATION — COTTESLOE EARLY INTERVENTION CENTRE
Some notice has been given of the question. I refer to the minister’s release on 26 May this year regarding the creation of a statewide education services centre at Padbury. (1) How many preschool children currently attend the early intervention centre at the WA Institute for Deaf Education in Cottesloe? (2) How many of these children reside south of the river? (3) Will the early intervention centre be moving to Padbury; and, if yes, when? (4) Were the parents of the children who attend the centre in Cottesloe consulted about the move to Padbury; and, if yes, when were they consulted? (5) What is intended to be done with the WA Institute for Deaf Education site in Cottesloe if the early intervention centre shifts to Padbury? Hon PETER COLLIER
