(2) How many Western Australians currently hold an Acrod permit?
(3) How many Acrod permits were issued in each of the years -
(a) 2004-5;
(b) 2005-6;
(c) 2006-7; and
(d) 2007-8?
(4) Does the Department satisfy itself that all recipients of Acrod permits have a genuine need for them?
(5) How is this achieved?
(6) What is the penalty for providing false information in order to obtain an Acrod permit?
(7) In any of the years mentioned above, have there been any -
(a) prosecutions; and
(b) convictions
For providing false information?
(8) How long is it since the criteria for issuing Acrod permits was reviewed?
(9) Has the Department received any complaints about mis-use of Acrod permits in any of the years mentioned?
(10) If yes to (9), how many?
