Minister for Mental Health:
I refer to the NDIS My Way trial being conducted in the lower
south west.
(1) How many
participants are now receiving a package of services and/or supports from the
NDIS My Way trial?
(2) How many
people with psychosocial disability are now receiving a package?
(3) How many
applicants with mental illness who have applied for the NDIS My Way trial have
been deemed ineligible to receive a package?
(4) How many
people have been deemed eligible under NDIS My Way but are awaiting a package
to be allocated?

I thank the member for some notice of the question.
(1) There are
492 people registered for the WA NDIS My Way trial in the lower south west who
have completed plans and are receiving support.
(2) One person
with a psychosocial disability has a completed plan and is receiving support. A
further eight eligible people with a psychosocial disability are engaged in the
planning process.
(3) Nil.
(4) There are 26 people.
