(f) It would appear the allegations are of criminal conduct and therefore would be more appropriately investigated by the police. However, if details of the matter are provided I will refer them to the Building Industry and Special Projects Inspectorate to determine if there has been any breach of the industrial relations law, or to assist the complainant to refer the matter to the Police Service.
