ESPERANCE ENERGY TRANSITION PLAN
843. Hon COLIN de GRUSSA to the parliamentary secretary
representing the Minister for Energy:
I refer to the
Esperance energy transition plan.
(1) To date, how
many households and businesses have been transitioned to alternative energy
appliances such as electricity or bottled LNG?
(2) How many
households and businesses have yet to transition?
(3) How many
households and businesses have disputed the financial package provided under
the plan; and, of those, how many of those disputes are currently unresolved?
(4) Is the
minister confident that all households and businesses that currently rely on
reticulated natural gas will be able to transition to alternative energy by the
31 March 2023 deadline?
