The Department of Housing advises:
(1) 26.
(2) (a) The complexes do not have a specific complex/group name.
(b) 14 individual dwellings have been transferred to Bethanie Housing Ltd and 12 individual dwellings transferred to Southern Cross Housing Ltd.
(c) Bethanie Housing Ltd dwellings are located in Cooloongup and Southern Cross Housing Ltd dwellings are located in Balga.
(3) 294 dwellings are provisionally earmarked for transfer to community housing organisations.
(4) (a) Not applicable.
(b) The dwellings earmarked for transfer have not been confirmed and are subject to future negotiations.
