(2) Redflex staff were in Perth until July 2006 after the system went live and will continue travel to Perth as required. Fujitsu are still contracted to the Project within their partnership contract. (3) Redflex are contracted by WAPOL to deliver the software system to support CAP:Speed. Redflex staff located in Perth are working with WAPOL in testing the system, correcting faults and making changes required for a successful implementation. (4) There are no consultancy fees for Redflex staff in Perth as the contract is a 'fixed price' for delivery of the system. (5) Cap:Speed went live on 27 June 2006.
