As a supplementary question, what will the Premier do for the people of Walpole who have missed out on these core pieces of infrastructure? Mr A.J. CARPENTER

Again, I thank the member for the question. There are significant policy issues behind the question that need to be addressed with a degree of planning and consideration, not off the top of my head with three or four minutes’ notice. An opposition member interjected. Mr A.J. CARPENTER : Yes, there is. It might be one of the reasons that the delivery of water and electricity was an absolute shambles while the Liberal Party was in government. Mr C.J. Barnett : We didn’t run out of electricity like you did! We didn’t have temporary generators in Dalkeith. Mr A.J. CARPENTER : Yes, it did. Several members interjected. Mr A.J.
