Further to question without notice No. 395, dated 19 June 2012, in relation to the Florence Hummerston Building, I ask —
(1) Will the Minister please table the advice from the Heritage Council that ''there is no feasible and prudent alternative'' to deconstructing and relocating the Florence Hummerston kiosk?
(2) If no to (1), why not?
(3) Are the change rooms regarded by the Heritage Council as having less heritage significance than the kiosk?
(4) If yes to (3), will the Minister please table the opinion of the Heritage Council confirming this view?
(5) If no to (3), who regards the change rooms as having less heritage significance than the kiosk and why?

(1) - (2) This was not the advice of the Heritage Council, it was the determination of the approval authority, the Western Australian Planning Commission.
(3) Yes
(4) Although the Dressing Rooms were an integral function of the Esplanade Reserve and an associated function of the Kiosk, due to the extensive alterations and loss of the original internal fabric and plan form, the heritage  significance of the place has been diminished over the years.
