(c) The cost of media monitoring for the financial year 2014-2015 was $27 174.14. The cost of media monitoring for 2015 to date (1 July 2015 - 29 Feb 2016) is $18 887.19.

(b) Yes
(c) The Department of Fisheries (Department) has no contracts for media monitoring services, but occasionally the Department may purchase a copy of an interview or a report that has been broadcast on radio or TV. The purchases are made through iSentia Pty Ltd.
(d) The costs of broadcast media items, purchased through iSentia Pty Ltd, are:
1 July 2014 – 30 June 2015 = $3,834.49
1 July 2015 – 08 March 2016 = $972.18
