I refer to Question on Notice 3991, and I ask: (a) was the Fitzroy Crossing Youth Justice Office fully operational during the period 1 January 2015 to 1 June 2015; (b) if yes to (a) what were the daily hours that the office was open and fully operational; (c) if no to (a) why not; (d) what are the current daily hours that the office is open and fully operational; (e) has the Department finalised the review of Regional Youth Justice Services funded via Royalties for Regions; (f) will the Minister table a copy of the findings from the Department's review of Regional Youth Justice Services funded via Royalties for Regions; (g) if no to (e) when will the Department finalise the review of Regional Youth Justice Services funded via Royalties for Regions; (h) will the Minister confirm that the Fitzroy Crossing Youth Justice Office was fully operational on 30 April 2015; (i) has the successful candidate from the Department's recruitment process commenced employment at the Fitzroy Crossing Youth Justice Office; (j) if yes to (i) what was the commencement date; and (k) if no to (i) why not?

The Department of Corrective Services advises:
(a) The Fitzroy Crossing Youth Justice Services Office was fully operational from 1 January 2015 until 13 March 2015. Due to a staff member leaving and staff personal leave, the Office was partially operating from 16 March 2015 to 12 June 2015.
(b) - (d) When fully operational, the opening hours for the Fitzroy Crossing Office are 8.30am to 4.30pm. If staff are working in the community, facilitating a program, attending training and development or at meetings, the office is locked.
(e) No.
(f) Not applicable.
(g) It is envisaged that the review will be completed by 31 December 2015.
(h) Please see (a)
(i) Yes.
(j) The successful candidate commenced on 8 June 2015. After receiving one week of induction training, the staff member commenced at the Fitzroy Crossing Youth Justice Services Office on 15 June 2015.
