The following answer pertains to Parliamentary Questions 1026 and 1028 as they refer to the same area of the State and the same funding programs/projects within the WA Tourism Commission. For the purposes of this exercise, the regions of the Pilbara and the Kimberley are included in the appellation 'North West'. (a) $24,000. The funding in question is previously committed Tourism Development Fund projects now being completed and acquitted. The last year of funding for this scheme was 2000/01. (b) Derby. (c) Shire of Derby West Kimberley. (d) The project has already commenced. The amount above will be paid upon completion of the project, which had a total allocation of $48,000.
