Department of the Premier and Cabinet advises:
(1-4) The Department of the Premier and Cabinet does not have functional responsibility for the provision of such services to the community. The Department is not aware of any issues relating to its own employees. The Department does promote professional development courses for employees who wish to improve their writing skills.

Response will be forthcoming from the Minister for State Development.
Office of the Public Sector Standard Commissioner advises:
(1) The OPSSC has a Disability access and Inclusion Plan which identifies strategies to make services and information accessible to people with disabilities.
