FREEDOM OF INFORMATION REQUEST — MINISTER FOR REGIONAL DEVELOPMENT to department of ENVIRONMENT AND CONSERVATION
(1) Can the minister confirm that the Department of Environment and Conservation has received a freedom of information application from the office of Hon Brendon Grylls? (2) Can the minister detail the information that was sought by the FOI request? (3) Has the relationship between DEC and Hon Brendon Grylls deteriorated to such an extent that the minister must resort to submitting FOIs to obtain information that the public would expect to be shared across government? I thank the member for her question. (1)-(3) I note that a similar question was asked in the other place by Hon Tom Stephens. However, I can confirm for the member that no FOI request has been either received or, as I understand it, lodged by Minister Grylls’ office.
