I refer to the answer to Question Without Notice 840, 15th August 2023, regarding the review of the Young Offenders Act 1984, and I ask: (a) Has the review been completed; (b) If so, has the Attorney General considered the review; (c) If so, will the review be tabled in Parliament and if so, when; (d) If not, what stage if the review currently in and when is it due to be completed; (e) Was the review outsourced to a private agent; and (f) If so, what is the name of the agency and cost of the review?
