I refer the Minister to policing in the Fremantle Police district and the Cockburn Gazette Community Times newspaper article dated 9 April 2019 and ask: (a) When will the 20 extra Police Officers taking part in targeted operations within the Fremantle CBD commence; (b) What will be the length of this deployment; (c) Will the targeted operations be deployed after 5pm or only during business hours; (d) Are the 20 extra Police Officers being drawn exclusively from the Fremantle Police district: (i) If no, which Police districts are they being deployed from; (e) Will the targeted operations include push bike patrols in the CBD; and (f) Which community groups will WA Police consult with to identify what areas of the Fremantle CBD will require these additional Police resources?
