SHADMAR PTY LTD AND PERTH MARKET AUTHORITY
(1) Is the minister aware of the speeches made in the Parliament on Tuesday, 17 March 2009 in respect of the Canning Vale Sunday markets, and in particular the issues between Shadmar Pty Ltd and the Perth Market Authority? (2) Is the minister aware of the concern being expressed by subtenants at the Canning Vale Sunday markets on the need for the parties to resolve the issues raised in the Parliament? (3) Will the minister meet with the lessees as soon as practicable to discuss the options available to resolve the outstanding issues; and, if not, why not? Hon ROBYN McSWEENEY
