For each of the years 2013, 2014 and 2015 to date: (a) what was the mean wait time for a child to access therapy with a speech therapist in the South West region; (b) what was the shortest and longest wait time for a child to access therapy with a speech therapist in the South West region; (c) what was the mean wait time for an adult to access therapy with a speech therapist in the South West region; and (d) what was the shortest and longest wait time for an adult to access therapy with a speech therapist in the South West region?

WA Country Health Service - South West implemented a new patient administration system with a staged roll out across sites between October 2014 and May 2015. Due to the changeover it is presently not possible to extract accurate wait time figures for the region, however the estimated wait times for questions (a) to (d) are reported in the below table:
