WATER CORPORATION — INTEREST CHARGES
I refer to the Water Corporation’s billing system. (1) How much interest does the Water Corporation charge for customers who elect to pay their water rates by instalments and subsequently miss a payment? (2) Is the amount of interest that the Water Corporation applies to outstanding amounts the same as, more than or less than that charged by Synergy? (3) If it is more, how much more and why is it not the same as that charged by Synergy? Hon HELEN MORTON
