I refer to the WorkCover WA 2013-14 Annual Report , and I ask: (a) in relation to the Unreasonable Customer Behaviour Policy, at page 26, for the reporting period, how many customers were excluded from contact; (b) in relation to claim numbers, at page 34, and the unavailability of some 2013-14 information, will WorkCover make the 2013-14 information available online when it becomes available; (c) in relation to compliance outcomes, at page 44, what were the outcomes of the 70 prosecutions; (d) in relation to the implementation of infringement notices, at page 48, for the reporting period, how many have been issued; and (e) in relation to presumptive works’ compensation legislation for firefighters, at page 49, how many applications have been received and what was the result of those applications?

(a)  Nil.
(b) Yes. WorkCover WA publishes comprehensive claim and other data on its website on a quarterly basis.
(c)  All 70 prosecutions completed in 2013/14 resulted in convictions.
(d) Two.
(e)  Claims under presumptive workers' compensation legislation for career firefighters are made on the Department of Fire and Emergency Services and liability decisions are made by the Insurance Commission of Western Australia (ICWA).
