I refer to cannabis intervention notices in the Cannabis Law Reform Act 2003 and ask, from the first of January 2012 onwards: (a) how many juveniles and adults have been issued with cannabis intervention notices; (b) how many juveniles and adults have undertaken education sessions on cannabis use as a result of a CIN; and (c) how many juveniles and adults have been prosecuted following non-attendance of an education session on cannabis use?
