FARM SAFETY - SILO LADDERS
On 15 June it was reported in Farm Weekly that WorkSafe is considering adopting the New South Wales WorkCover initiative to prevent silo manufacturers from fitting ladders to silos. (1) Will the minister either confirm or deny whether this is so? (2) If it is so, why has WorkSafe ignored advice from farmers and manufacturers of farm machinery regarding farm safety? Hon JON FORD
