I refer to advice requested from the State Solicitor’s Office and Solicitor General by Ministers, regarding freedom of information (FOI) requests from media organisations since 23 September 2008, and I ask:
(a) how many times has advice been requested in response to FOI applications from each of the following media organisations:
(i) The Sunday Times
;
(ii) The West Australian
;
(iii) The Financial Review
;
(iv) The Australian
;
(v) ABC Television;
(vi) Channel 7;
(vii) Channel 9;
(viii) Channel 10;
(ix) WA Today;
(x) ABC Radio; and
(xi) Radio Station 6PR;
(b) how many times has written advice been provided for each media organisation;
(c) how many pages of advice have been provided in total, for each request, for each media organisation; and
(d) what has been the estimated cost of providing this advice in total for each of the media organisations?
