In relation to the Minister’s statement to the Legislative Assembly on 26 November 2009 that Saskia Doherty left the employment of Tourism Western Australia on 14 November 2008 and commenced her employment with Sunset Events on 19 November 2008, and thus was never employed with both of those organisations at the same time, and there was no conflict, I ask:
(a) can the Minister confirm that Ms Doherty is currently employed by Eventscorp and advise in what capacity she is thus employed;
(b) on what date did Ms Doherty commence/recommence her employment at Eventscorp;
(c) has Ms Doherty ceased her employment with Sunset Events/One Movement; and
(i) if so, on what date;
(d) since 14 November 2008, what events with Sunset Events involvement (apart from One Movement for Music and the Drug Free Margaret River Pro) have Eventscorp funded; and
(e) did Ms Doherty completely sever her employment relationship with Eventscorp on 14 November 2008, including pay-out of long-service and any other entitlements?
