(1) Legal advice was sought six times from the State Solicitor's Office on 17/06/2011, 06/12/2011, 27/02/12, 27/02/2012, 19/05/2012 and 19/06/2012. The Office of the Environmental Protection Authority's Legal Officer also provided advice as required during the assessment.
(2) Once. Advice was sought from State Solicitor's Office on 17/06/2011. OEPA's Legal Officer also provided advice as required on this matter.
(3) Please refer to the response to Question Without Notice 713.
