The Department of Fire and Emergency Services (DFES) advises that Professional Pathways Design and Implementation Project is currently configuring the Enterprise Training Management System (ETMS) to meet DFES requirements and standards. Once implemented, the ETMS will provide a fully integrated solution to administer, deliver and manage DFES training Statewide.
The ETMS will be available to all DFES staff and volunteers in early 2016 and contains provisions for external users including local government volunteers, contractors and other agency personnel.
The ETMS will provide full access for volunteer users with access to the internet and a computer, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, through the DFES Volunteer Portal.
