MINISTER
FOR PLANNING — CONFLICT OF INTEREST —WARATAH AVENUE, DALKEITH
106. Mr J.N. HYDE to the Premier:
I have a supplementary question. Is it acceptable in the Barnett
government —
Mr C.J. Barnett :
In the state government—the Liberal–National government.
Mr J.N. HYDE : I
stand corrected.
Mr C.J. Barnett :
Good.
Mr J.N. HYDE : I am
glad the Premier is sticking to the right protocols on this occasion.
The SPEAKER : Supplementary,
member for Perth.
Mr
J.N. HYDE : Is it acceptable to make a declaration after a decision has been
made by a minister in the Premier's government, and will the Premier
table the advice the Cabinet Secretary has given to the Premier or the minister
in writing and the question the minister has given in writing to the Premier's
Cabinet Secretary?

AnswerView source ↗

The minister reported and listed the
property on his declaration. There was no secrecy about that. The cabinet
secretary has not provided a response to me or the minister at this stage.
Mr
J.N. Hyde : Will you table it?
Mr
C.J. BARNETT : There is nothing to table. I have not received it.
