(1) Who
removed the dune system?
(2) Why was
the dune removal not referred to the Environmental Protection Authority?
(3) What is
the Department of Environment Regulation doing to ensure —
(a) the
protection of the remaining dune system; and

surrounding the clearing that took place, as shown in the photograph referred
to by the honourable member for Mining and Pastoral Region.
(3) (a) The
Department of Environment Regulation will monitor the site to ensure that no
further unauthorised clearing of native vegetation occurs.
