I refer to your announcement as the directions that you have given to the police in order to give effect to the Government’s cannabis policy -
(1) Are you aware that in South Australia, upon introducing a similar scheme, the police found that organised crime exploited the loophole then opened up so as to use ordinary householders to grow cannabis plants on their behalf?
(2) Are you aware that about the same time as you announced your policy, the South Australian Government removed hydroponically grown cannabis plants from those eligible for an expiation notice?
(3) Are you aware that the South Australian Government is looking to reduce the number of eligible plants to one?
(4) Does this cause you any concerns as to the precise delimitation to be applied under your own policy?
