I refer the Minister to the Draft Residential Design Codes (“R-Codes”) released for public comment in
October 2000, and ask -
(a) was the closing date of the 25 January 2001 for public submissions extended, if so, to what date;
(b) how many public submissions were received;
(c) who is analysing the public submissions;
(d) will the public submissions be released publicly at the same time as the approval of the R-Codes;
(e) was the closing date for formal submissions by Local Councils extended, if so, to what date;
(f) how many submissions were received from Local Councils;
(g) who is analysing these submissions; and
(h) will the Local Council submissions be released publicly, at the same time as the approval of the R-Codes?
