I refer to the Minister's answer in Estimates pre-hearing questions in relation to issues with C-series trains which stated "the costs for resolution of any non-compliances to contractual requirements are absorbed by Alstom", and I ask: (a) does this include costs to completely replace the approximately 3,200 passenger chairs on the currently active trains; (b) does this include costs to completely replace driver chairs; (c) does this include costs to adjust existing passenger chairs; and (d) does this include costs to adjust existing driver chairs?
