I refer to the Minister's decision to bring “in-house” the activities of the Perth Region Alliance (PRA) into Watercorp, and ask: (a) Will the Minister table the review completed by Watercorp into its operation and maintenance services in the Perth and Mandurah region as described in the Minister's media release of 24 August 2019: (i) If not why not; (b) Will the Minister table the data, review and/or objective basis for stating the change will yield a $2-3m a year saving; (c) Did the Minister highlight to the Watercorp board his desire to bring “in-house” the activities of the PRA; (d) Did the Minister instruct Watercorp to complete a review into the activities of the PRA; and (e) Did Watercorp come to the decision independent of the Minister: (i) If not, what was the nature of the instruction from the Minister in this regard?

(a) - (b) The review contains sensitive commercial-in-confidence information related to the existing contract with Programmed and it is not appropriate to disclose this information. I therefore table a redacted version of the review.
