I thank the member
for some notice of the question. The following answer has been provided to me
by the Attorney General.
(1)–(3)
I assume the honourable member is referring to persons subject to electronic
monitoring as a result of the Family Violence
Legislation Reform Act 2024 . Corrective Services within the Department
of Justice is responsible for electronic monitoring. The honourable member's
question should therefore be redirected to the Minister for Corrective
Services.
