The Minister for Energy has been provided with the following response
Western Power systems are not directly aligned to local government boundaries. For example a power line may extend across several suburbs. The following response provides approximate numbers:
(1a) 16

(d) 10
(e) Nil
Note: Powerlines in Alexander Heights are almost all underground.
