COCKBURN CEMENT - DREDGING OPERATIONS
I have recently received an apparently credible report concerning unauthorised and environmentally damaging dredging operations conducted over the past 20 months by Cockburn Cement. (1) Has Cockburn Cement increased its rate of dredging over this time? (2) If yes, where has this increased dredging occurred? (3) Has a new channel been dredged into Cockburn Sound? (4) If yes, when was this project environmentally assessed and approved? (5) To what extent have changes occurred to seagrass meadows as a consequence? Hon LJILJANNA RAVLICH
