I refer to the 2001-2002 and 2002-2003 Budget papers and additional commitments given by the Government since its election to office in respect to the Recurrent and Capital works programmes for the Water Authority of Western Australia -
Will the Minister provide a Schedule setting out any deferment or cancellation of -
(a) Recurrent expenditure programmes; and
(b) Capital works programmes, and the reasons for such deferment or cancellation?
