I refer to Budget Paper No. 2, Volume 1 at page 146 "Dental Health", and ask: (a) how much of the 2012-13 budget allocation was spent in the South West (SW); (b) how much of the 2013-14 budget allocation is expected to be spent in the SW; (c) if the information requested in (a) and (b) cannot be provided, why not; (d) if the information requested is not known at this time, when will it be known; (e) of the 708 full time equivalent positions, how many of these are located in the SW and where in the SW; and (f) does the 708 full time equivalent include school dental staff?
