(b) The Department engaged PPR on 4 July 2011 and on 13 June 2012. On each of these occasions quotations were sourced as per State Supply Commission requirements, with the Department subsequently invoiced for the work.
(c) The Department was invoiced $19 448 for work undertaken in 2011.  PPR has done work in 2012 but has not yet invoiced the Department.
(d) PPR was engaged to provide public relations and event management support.
