I am advised (1) Yes, a Class "A' Reserve for "Recreation" will be created over Lot 712, with a Management Order issued in favour of the City of Belmont. (2) Subject to the resolution of a disallowance motion currently before Parliament in relation to amending Hardey Park, this will be progressed by the Department of Land Administration as soon as the land swap is finalised. (3) not applicable
(b) if so, when will Lot 712 become an A class reserve; and (c) if not, why not?
