I am advised (1) Yes, a Class "A' Reserve for "Recreation" will be created over Lot 712, with a Management Order issued in favour of the City of Belmont. (2) Subject to the resolution of a disallowance motion currently before Parliament in relation to amending Hardey Park, this will be progressed by the Department of Land Administration as soon as the land swap is finalised.
