ROBERT EXCELL, DEPORTATION
I refer to the decision to deport convicted serial sex offender Robert Excell. (1) Does the Department of Justice psychologist still hold the view that Excell requires sexual counselling on release? (2) Is it true that the last psychiatric report carried out on prisoner Excell was dated January 2001? (3) If so, why have no further psychiatric reports been conducted? (4) Will the Leader of the House assure the house that prior to the deportation of Excell to England, a comprehensive psychiatric report will be conducted and the resulting report provided to the Home Office? Hon KIM CHANCE
