(a) The Riverside Master Plan Review 2008 details the planning vision for Gloucester Park and Clause 3.9 of Redevelopment Scheme 2 provides the Statement of Intent for future planning uses in the Gloucester Park Precinct. These documents are available on the Metropolitan Redevelopment Authority (MRA) website.
(b) Public infrastructure costings within the Riverside Project Area are set out in a Development Contribution Cost Schedule prepared under Redevelopment Scheme 2 and have been based on independently verified development expenditure estimates. The indicative works program plus costings are available on the Metropolitan Redevelopment Authority website.
(c) The Perth Major Sports Stadium project is being jointly managed by the Department of Sport and Recreation and the Department of Treasury (Strategic Projects). The MRA is not responsible for the footbridge planning, however is part of a multi-agency working group regarding the Major Stadium.
