I refer to the design and functionality for the new Bayswater Train Station, and ask: (a) Once completed, will there be a direct train from Ellenbrook to Perth or will passengers be required to change trains at Bayswater Station; (b) Is there capacity on the Midland line at present to accommodate trains from Midland, Ellenbrook and the airport on the two tracks between Bayswater and Perth: (i) Will these trains be required to travel along the Fremantle line before they are turned back; and (ii) If not, how will the extra capacity on these lines be managed; (c) Will any changes be made to the Fremantle line to accommodate the increased traffic on the track: (i) If yes, what changes will be made and how much will they cost; and (ii) If no, how will this increased traffic be managed; (d) Will there be any compromise to the existing Midland and Fremantle services as a result of this increased level of traffic on the lines: (i) If yes, what are they and how many services will be affected on each line; and (e) Has a final operational plan for Bayswater Train Station been completed: (i) If not, when will it be completed?
