(1) I am aware that Alcoa would like to expand production at the Wagerup alumina plant.  However, no formal application has been submitted. (2) No. (3)-(4) It is against convention to disclose information relating to the deliberations of Cabinet.  Any proposed expansion will require full environmental approval.
