(2) Will the Minister make herself aware of the increase in volume of traffic using the Chidlow-York Road since this date?
(3) Will the Minister make herself aware of any changes in the traffic mix on the Chidlow-York Road since this date?
(4) Will the Minister make herself aware of the suitability of this road to handle -
(a) a significant increase in traffic volume; and
(b) a significant change in the mix of traffic including -
(i) agriculture product transportation;
(ii) commercial transportation;
(iii) industrial transportation;
(iv) tourism transportation;
(v) public transportation; and
(vi) private transportation?

(a) crash history; and
