(2) Both instances occurred because of an administrative error. The Shire has sufficient funds to meet its commitments. (3) The first instance occurred when the bank cut-off time was missed due to the need to alter an employee's details. The second occurred when a transfer of money from an investment account was not transferred in time to cover the total salary amount. In both instances staff were offered bridging finance if the error caused them any inconvenience. The Chief Executive Officer received no complaints. (4) There is no action that I need to take as the Shire has acted appropriately.
