I refer to the 2012-13 Budget Paper No. 2, Volume 1, page 127, Total cost of services $6,762,556,000 and ask, what percentage and dollar allocation of the Total cost of services of $6,762,556,000 is allocated to deliver —

Funding for child and adolescent community health services is allocated to the Child and Adolescent Health Service for services provided in the metropolitan area and to WA Country Health Service for services provided in rural Western Australia.
CHILD AND ADOLESCENT HEALTH SERVICE
(a) $400,951,164, representing 5.92% of the Total Cost Of Services of $6,762,556,000 as presented in the 2012-13 Budget paper No. 2;
(b) $85,140,480, representing 1.25% of the Total Cost Of Services of $6,762,556,000 as presented in the 2012-13 Budget paper No. 2; and
(c) $46,533,339, representing 0.69% of the Total Cost Of Services of $6,762,556,000 as presented in the 2012-13 Budget paper No. 2.
WA COUNTRY HEALTH SERVICE
(a) Child and adolescent health services in the country are integrated into general health services and are not subject to separate funding or financial reporting;
(b) Child and adolescent community health services in the country are integrated into general community health services and are not subject to separate funding or financial reporting. However, in 2012/13 the WA Country Health Service has received an additional allocation of $7,378,000 to fund increases to child and adolescent services and child development services above the 2010/11 activity levels; and
(c) 2012/13 budgets for mental health services are being finalised through discussions between the Department of Health and the Mental Health Commission. The indicative 2012/13 allocation to the WA Country Health Service for child and adolescent mental health services is $5,726,026.
